Making Diversity Work, Recruitment & Retention in the Age of Immigration Reform

The growing demands of skill gaps with local workers, combined with shifting regulatory policies governing foreign workers leave NH employers dealing with a difficult tension: how to create a workplace that maximizes everyone's talents while navigating changes in laws? This morning summit will feature keynote speaker Karina Arnaez. Following her address panelists will address recruitment (moderated by NHBR columnist Loretta Brady) and retention (moderated byNHBR columnist Eric Ratinoff) issues that are impacted by current policies and reform initiatives. Audience members will leave with knowledge of benefits and strategies of recruiting and retaining diverse local and foreign workers during this time of policy reform.

The target attendee for this event is business owners, executive level professionals and HR managers.  For more information on keynote speakers go to www.nhbr.com/diversity/
