Making Diversity Work, Recruitment & Retention in the Age of Immigration Reform

The growing demands of skill gaps with local workers, combined with shifting regulatory policies governing foreign workers leave NH employers dealing with a difficult tension: how to create a workplace that maximizes everyone's talents while navigating changes in laws?
