MONARCHS vs. Worcester Sharks 3/25 at 3:00 p.m.

·         Event’s formal beginning time is 1:00 PM in our Function Room.

·         We will escort attendees from section 110 of the concourse down to the reception. As you arrive, please use the Media Gate entrance on the Chestnut St. side of the arena.

·         We will be providing nametags at the door to the reception room.

·         Upon your arrival, take note of the posting which indicates which companies and offices are represented and by whom.

·         Networking event will begin with a speaking portion that runs 15 minutes, transitioning into a networking event with light refreshments until 2 PM.

·         Tickets are $40 and cover the following elements of the day:

o   Entrance into the networking event at 1 PM.

o   Access to the Sam Adam’s Club Lounge starting at 2PM.

o   Club Level seats in sections 120 or 121 for game time.

·         During the game you may use your seats in 120/121 or remain in the Lounge, moving freely in-between. You must show your ticket upon entering the Lounge.

Make sure to bring plenty of business cards and something to store new contacts’ information in.

Remember that there is a game going on after this event; normal game etiquettes and policies apply.

Building re-entry is not permitted; if you must leave prior to the end of the game; make sure you’ve made your contacts before you go.

This will be the first Manchester Monarchs’ Go Green Business Networking Event. Companies, city and state officials, environmental groups and sustainability organizations will be present to introduce each other to green business news and practices.
