Gaining a solid understanding of business financial concepts and terminology is an important facet of business ownership and management. You do not have to be an accountant to comprehend the significant financial concepts that are the foundation of your organization. As a business owner, or an employee with budget responsibilities, having a firm working knowledge of the fundamentals of business accounting is critical.
In this four-hour workshop, we will cover all aspects of corporate finance including ROI, cash flow, economic indicators, NPV and converting a budget into accounts. We will then put those concepts to work with hands-on budget and financial exercises that will help you make more informed business decisions, analyze budgets with new focus and understand the true performance of your business.
