In this two-hour workshop, you will learn methods of mediation that help reduce stress immediately as well as increasingly over time as the methods are employed.  You will also learn methods that will engage and train the mind to focus more efficiently, increasing productivity and clarity to to help you achieve your goals more quickly.  Meditation techniques taught in this class are not difficult, and results an be experienced in as little as five minutes.  Bring a notebook and a meditation cushion, if you have one.  We have blankets and bolsters and chairs (for those with injuries and disabilities), making this workshop a great place for beginners as well as more experienced meditators looking for additional training.  Space is limited to ten, so sign up today!

Diana T. Moore, Ph.D. has been teaching mindfulness and meditation techniques since 2001.  She has studied and practiced numerous techniques, and offers guided meditations on a regular basis.  She has studied several different styles of meditation, including samatha-vipassana (tranquility and insight) meditation, as taught by Culadasa, author of The Mind Illuminated.
