Mediterranean cooking with wine! Upon arrival, enjoy delicious hors d'oeuvres. Beginning at 6pm, learn how to assemble an antipasto display, enjoy homemade ravioli with Labelle Winery Seval Cream sauce and Mild Fra Diavlo sauce. End the evening with a decadent Chocolate Pot du Creme! Wine will be paired with each course.
This class is interactive and fun! Amy LaBelle, founder and winemaker at LaBelle Winery, and one of LaBelle's talented chefs will prepare each item for you to try as well as share tips for entertaining.
