Keynote speaker, Dr. Laura Rubin, will address Trends in Youth Mental Health:  Risk and Protective Factors. Dr. Rubin is a licensed clinical psychologist and neuropsychologist and 2006 founder of the Portsmouth Neuropsychology Center in Portsmouth. Dr. Rubin speaks regularly in the community regarding child development, learning and mental health, parenting, and psychotherapeutic treatment at medical centers, universities, elementary schools, and community organizations. She is also a frequent media contributor and also presented “Reframing to Rewire Your Brain” at TEDxPortsmouth.
