Many times, people think of negotiations when it comes to buying but there are many more moments in your work when you are forced to negotiate. Many managers have to negotiate for resources or for tasks and priorities. You might even already be saying “yes” or “no” to many different requests.
Because of this, you are a negotiator. Even if you don’t think of yourself as one, you are! How well do you actually negotiate though?
