Established in 1845, the Manchester City Library is home to more than 200,000 books, 26,000 periodicals, 9,000 audio books and 9,000 DVDs. The Manchester City Library Foundation is a private 501(c) 3 organization committed to providing supplemental support to the Manchester City Library.
