NH EMPLOYERS DEALING WITH EMPLOYEE ABSENCES: FMLA, ADA or just AWOL?
This half-day program is designed to help public and private employers navigate the challenges of employees who either cannot or simply do not report to work. Although focused on the Family and Medical Leave Act, this informative seminar will also cover the intersection of family medical leave with other types of leave, discrimination laws, and will offer practical advice on managing employee absences.
