PechaKucha was devised in Tokyo in February 2003. Drawing its name from the Japanese term for the sound of "chit chat", it rests on a presentation format that is based on a simple idea: 20 images x 20 seconds. It’s a format that makes presentations concise, and keeps things moving at a rapid pace.

Allen Voivod presents "The End of Social Media As We Know It." Voivod is President and Chief Creative Officer for Epiphanies, Inc.

Ric Pratte presents "Social Business" Pratte is the Director for Meltwater Buzz and former CEO of JitterJam.

Jason Boucher presents "Social Media & Higher Education" Boucher is the Social Media Coordinator at the University of New Hampshire.

Chuck Sink presents "Social Media is Really Networking Online!" Sink is the founder of Chuck Sink Link.

John Herman presents "Local is Global: Media Making in the 21st Century." Herman is an artist, writer, and teacher, he also serves as an emerging media trainer and consultant.
