Join us this month at Shorty's Mexican Roadhouse for Spotlight on Business where "Flavor is our Gimmick." At Shorty's, it's all about the food. Shorty's specializes in the best authentic Mexican recipes with classic Southwest Tex-Mex dishes. Our standard is to purchase the highest quality, fresh ingredients available. We then turn those ingredients into all our hand-made "from scratch" dishes.
