Event Description:
Try out a fun blend of group exercise classes offered by the YMCA Allard Center of Goffstown. You will have the opportunity to connect with Y staff and try your hand at winning raffle prizes and giveaways! This is a FREE event for Y members and non members.
This super sampler will feature the following fitness classes:
8:30 - 8:50 am - POUND
8:55 - 9:15 am - Zumba
9:20 - 9:40 am - Strong Core & More
9:45 - 10:05 am - Power Up
10:10 - 10:30 am - Yoga
In case of inclement weather, the event will be postponed.
