Calling all area ghosts and goblins! Visit Tanger Outlets on Friday, October 31st and receive special treats at participating stores beginning at 5:30pm. Special prizes will be awarded to the best costumes for children under the age of 12 at 6pm in front of Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory.
