Join Winemaker Amy LaBelle and our Executive Chef, as they demonstrate the preparation of a menu featuring Fall Harvest Season Flavors, in which wine is the star ingredient! All class participants will receive a bite-sized sample of each dish, complete with a wine paired perfectly with the tasting. Classes are demonstration only, no hands on cooking, unless otherwise noted.
Included in the price of the ticket are food and wine samples, recipes of all the dishes shown that evening, and a 10% discount off items used in the night's recipes in the LaBelle Winery store on the same evening as your class. To make your night extra special, please plan to join us for dinner in The Bistro at LaBelle Winery after class. Reservations recommended.
