This seminar is hosted by New Star Properties.   Our presenter will be Tim Wege, a local investor that retired from his 30 year management career with an international chemical manufacturing company to pursue his passion for real estate.  Tim has also been an adjunct instructor in a variety of business courses, including finance, marketing, economics and strategic policy and is currently President of New Star Properties LLC, a full service property management company for multifamily and commerical property owners.
