Join us for Yoga at LaBelle Winery with our partner, NH Power Yoga, and feel enriched as you move, balance, stretch and relax. This class is suited for all levels. Please bring your yoga mat and a water bottle for hydration - plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before class to settle in. Class location (indoor vs. outdoor) is weather-dependent and based on the instructors' preference day-of.
