YogaBalance has moved to a new location in the North End of Manchester, at 135 Hooksett Road, two doors down from the Puritan in the Bank of America building.
YogaBalance's official opening ceremony will be attended by Mayor Ted Gatsas and Senator Lou D'Allesandro on Thursday, September 9th, from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. The event is free and open to all. YogaBalance will offer free 30-minute Yoga classes, hors d'oeuvres and an opportunity to meet with Yoga instructors.
Established in 2004, YogaBalance is Manchester's oldest Yoga studio, offering in the widest selection of Yoga classes and instructors. Their Yoga classes range from Gentle to Power, and their instructors are certified in many different Yoga styles. Students of various ages and experience levels agree that YogaBalance provides a friendly and welcoming environment to achieve fitness and happiness.
