Position Overview: We are seeking a part-time kitchen team member who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. This role is ideal for someone with culinary experience who enjoys variety and is looking to grow with a company, take on new challenges, and develop their skills over time. There is room to expand to full-time for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook food for catering events and retail service

  • Assist with food prep and overall kitchen organization

  • Support production for The Pot Pie Bar as needed

  • Execute on-site cooking at catering events

  • Assist with catering deliveries when required

  • Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards

  • Follow direction and collaborate effectively with the team

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of culinary or kitchen experience required

  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

  • Willingness to take direction and contribute wherever needed

  • Reliable, punctual, and professional

  • Arrives to work prepared and maintains a clean, presentable appearance

  • Ability to work safely and responsibly in a kitchen environment
