Job Summary: Caroline’s Fine Food is looking for an experienced Per Diem Catering Event Chef / In-House Cook to join our team on an as-needed basis. This is not a full-time position, but a flexible opportunity to support our culinary team both in-house and at off-site catering events.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with food preparation, cooking, and plating for both in-house production and off-site catering events

Maintain high culinary standards, ensuring food quality, safety, and cleanliness

Support event setup, service, and breakdown as needed

Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Requirements:

Previous back-of-house experience in a restaurant or catering setting required

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and presentation standards

Reliable transportation and availability for evenings and weekends as needed

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the culinary team
