Job Summary
Caroline’s Fine Food is looking for an experienced Per Diem Catering Event Chef / In-House Cook to join our team on an as-needed basis. This is not a full-time position, but a flexible opportunity to support our culinary team both in-house and at off-site catering events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with food preparation, cooking, and plating for both in-house production and off-site catering events

  • Maintain high culinary standards, ensuring food quality, safety, and cleanliness

  • Support event setup, service, and breakdown as needed

  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Requirements:

  • Previous back-of-house experience in a restaurant or catering setting required

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and presentation standards

  • Reliable transportation and availability for evenings and weekends as needed

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the culinary team
