Colliers, a global leader in commercial real estate services, is pleased to announce that Buzz ABA has leased 4,000± SF at 4 Tinkham Avenue in Derry, New Hampshire. Hugo Overdeput, Vice President with Colliers in New Hampshire, represented the landlord, G&P Holdings, Inc., and assisted the tenant in the long-term lease transaction.

The leased space is located within a 24,000± square foot office and industrial building and will serve as Buzz ABA's newest clinic. The expansion will allow the New Hampshire-based provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to serve additional families throughout southern New Hampshire with high-quality, clinic-based services for children with autism and related developmental needs. The clinic is expected to open later this summer, pending final setup and approvals.
