Colliers Leases 7,000 SF to Autotiv MFG

Colliers, a global leader in commercial real estate services, is pleased to announce the recent lease of 7,000± SF at 142 Main Street in Salem, NH, to Autotiv Manufacturing Corporation. Hugo Overdeput, of the Colliers Manchester office represented the Landlord, Patriot Investment Group, and advised the Tenant in the transaction.
 
Autotiv MFG is a key player in high performance digital manufacturing, i.e 3D printing, injection molding, urethane casting, and CNC machining. The company outgrew its current space and signed a multi-year lease at 142 Main Street.
