The Executive Collaborative: Lambert Leadership’s Bold Evolution to Further Executive Leadership Development


For over a decade, tenured and respected leadership coach Sheila Lambert has worked with executives from Boston, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and beyond to excel at their roles managing and leading a company and teams to success.

Now, Sheila is taking leadership development to the next level.

The Executive Collaborative (TEC) is the next evolution of what Lambert Leadership has done for years,” Sheila states. “After watching so many executives succeed with our fundamental leadership programs and my leadership development coaching, I knew it was time to expand on the mission and do more for them.”

The Executive Collaborative will do all that Sheila and Lambert Leadership Coaching already did - and more with new courses coming soon. TEC currently partners with other coaching specialists to bring leaders in person for day seminars, question sessions, networking programs, and other nice leadership development exercises.
Former CEO of YWCA NH, Jessica Cantin, recalls her multi year leadership plan from Sheila, that “restored the workplace culture, all while guiding the team to be in a consistent place of strategic and innovative thinking.” And the rest of Sheila’s testimonials speak for themselves as many praise her skills and solution-based coaching.

The Executive Collaborative courses are designed to meet executives, and rising executives (Vice Presidents, Directors), exactly where they are in their career journey. The solutions and strategies are tailored to the individual’s strengths, the team, and the company.

“There is never a one size fits all solution,” explains Sheila. “I work with executives to understand exactly what their leadership style is, and what they want it to be. Then, we identify the best strategies they can implement efficiently and quickly to lead their teams, and ultimately, their business(es), to success.”

And while Sheila continues to walk alongside executives, she will continue to build new courses so rising leaders and executives can hone their skills when it best suits them.

The first new hybrid course Lead to Rise, with digital and in-person aspects, is for leaders who have attended other leadership training or programs but don’t feel they have hit their potential, both as a leader and team member. This new Lead to Rise course is six months long and includes one:one coaching sessions with Sheila, a no competition space where leaders can securely discuss issues and create strategic communication plans. More details will follow this month.
Rise Up: A Women's Leadership Development Program is for women just beginning their leadership journey and are ready for a challenge and growth. This fast-paced three month course is an excellent opportunity to meet like minded women who have the same drive and motivation to be the best versions of themselves for their personal and their team’s success.

Sheila continues to offer private one:one leadership development coaching, corporate coaching programs, and other specialized coaching programs to executives across the Northeast and the United States.
