1. Coaching call with trainer before June 4
2. Three In-Person Sessions (3 Consecutive Wednesdays)
3. Coaching call with trainer after June 18
4. Two Online, 90-minute Sustainment Workshops with your cohort (arranged with the cohort)
5. Access to the companion online learning platform before, during, and after the program
   • Participation in discussion threads
   • Champion groups for ongoing support and learning exchange
